Polymet Films Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing manufacturer of high-performance Metallized Polypropylene (MPP) Films for capacitor applications. We serve leading global capacitor manufacturers and distributors across international and domestic markets.

As part of our expansion, we are building a strong inside sales and lead generation team and invite applications from experienced professionals as well as freshers willing to build a long-term career in technical B2B sales.

Role Summary:The Lead Converter Executive will handle international leads and convert them into confirmed business through effective communication, follow-ups, and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on assigned international leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand customer requirements and present products/services clearly
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing/terms, and close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Maintain sales pipeline and follow-up status in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Experience in international client handling is preferred
- Ability to conduct professional calls and virtual meetings
- Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
