Your Role

As a Lead Cost Control Engineer , you will:

• Lead the cost control function across all phases of EPC projects, from FEED to commissioning.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control procedures.
• Monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, planning, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial risk assessments.
• Support contract administration and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, client requirements, and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in n cost control, with at least 5 years in a lead role on Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Expertise : Proficiency in cost control software. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
