Job Title: Lead CX Designer (with Brand Identity & Design Expertise)

We are a forward-thinking company committed to creating seamless, human-centered experiences across every customer touchpoint. We are looking for a Lead CX Designer who not only excels at designing exceptional customer journeys but also has a strong eye for brand identity and creative design.

Role Overview:

As the Lead CX Designer, you will be responsible for driving customer experience strategy, ensuring consistency across digital and offline channels, and shaping the brand’s identity. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, and development) to deliver engaging experiences that are both user-centric and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) strategy across products, services, and touchpoints.
  • Translate business goals and customer insights into impactful journey maps, service blueprints, and experience flows.
  • Define and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and digital/physical assets.
  • Experience in motion design, branding campaigns, or creative direction.
  • Oversee brand design elements such as guidelines, typography, color systems, and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, marketers, and product owners to ensure alignment of CX and brand.
  • Conduct customer research, testing, and data analysis to continuously refine experiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing and growth strategies.
  • Background in digital product design or innovation projects.
  • Act as a thought leader in CX, coaching and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in CX design, service design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity development and visual design.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking, journey mapping, and customer research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering detailed, hands-on work.
