ead Data Analyst for Honeywell International, Inc. (Phoenix, AZ)

ESPONSIBILITIES:
D
- evelop operational and functional metric data and coordinates with other functions to insure consistency and data integrity.
E
- nable management operating system (MOS) and works with Director-level staff to gather, consolidate, and summarize information at the Aerospace or Function level, including key metrics, monthly highlights, and quarterly ops review material.
R
- eview analytics outputs to ensure accuracy before releasing to internal and external customers.
P
- rovide data visualizations including creating, updating, and supporting databases and reports with key metrics to guide strategic decisions.
W
- ork directly with global Aerospace functions and sites to design new Aerospace standard analytic processes that enable operational improvement.
W
- ork collaboratively with members of ISC and Aerospace functions, sites, and leadership to build relationships and better understand areas that inhibit their productivity and effectiveness and develop solutions to address those issues.
L
- ead projects to develop or improve Aerospace standards for the collection, measurement and reporting of performance data – including Supplier OTTR, Past Due, Receipts, Customer Escapes/PPM, Customer Delivery, other Procurement and Planning measures.
D
- evelop and enable delivery mechanisms for comprehensive, actionable analytics that identify quality / ISC performance trends and highlight areas for improvement in Aerospace product and process quality.

- nsure globalized resource activities meet cost requirements while maintaining a high level of quality in work products.

- ead the development and implementation of advanced analytics models and algorithms.

- ollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and formulate data-driven solutions.

OU MUST HAVE:
Q
- ualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related field and 7 years of experience with data analytics, reporting and dashboard development. In the alternative, employer would accept a Master’s degree in the above-listed fields and 5 years of experience with data analytics, reporting and dashboard development.
F
- ull term of experience must include: experience in SQL Programming and SQL server database.
M
- ust have 5 years of experience with the following: Tableau dashboard development; excellent Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills, with particular emphasis on data retrieval, analysis and reporting; experience in data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) using SQL Server integration services (SSIS) or Alteryx in large scale environment; experience building web applications using C#/ASP.NET. JavaScript; and SAP/Functional experience in Planning and Procurement.
