This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the doctor, help guide the clinical team, and play a key role in delivering outstanding patient experiences every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor chairside during a wide range of procedures
• Lead and support the clinical team to maintain smooth daily operations
• Ensure sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance protocols are followed
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage instruments and supplies
• Help coordinate patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule
• Assist with digital X-rays, charting, and treatment documentation
• Monitor inventory and order clinical supplies
• Mentor and support other assistants when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures
• Excellent chairside assisting skills
• Experience with digital radiography
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong patient-care mindset
