What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient days
• Create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
• Help train and mentor assistants with consistency and care
• Maintain clinical excellence, organization, and preparedness

The Requirements:

• Must be genuinely kind
• Strong dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred)
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• A natural leader with a team-first mindset
• Quick wit and positive energy highly encouraged
