About the Role

You’ll wear two hats: helping deliver exceptional clinical care and providing warm, efficient customer service that makes every patient feel at home.

Clinical Duties (Dental Assistant)

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
• Take x-rays, impressions, temporary crowns, and intraoral photos
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepped, clean, and stocked
• Educate patients about oral care and aftercare
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Customer Service Coordination

• Greet and seat patients with a smile and a helpful attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments when needed
• Verify insurance and help patients understand their coverage when needed
• Create and present treatment plans with compassion and clarity
• Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and follow-ups when needed
