Lead Dental Assistant or EFDA

Welcome to Chester County Dental Arts!

We are a private dental practice located in Thorndale, PA. We are growing quickly and moved into a new building, allowing us more room to hire more clinical staff. We are looking to add a Lead Dental Assistant to our team.

We are looking to hire a personable and experienced full-time or part-time Lead Dental Assistant with 2-5 years of dental assisting experience. We seek someone who is driven with the passion to change lives. Personality is also key. We want someone who is good with patients, thrives in a busy environment and knows how to care for others.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including dental assistants and technicians

- Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols and procedures

- Work daily with doctors, clinical staff and admin staff to delivery top quality dental care to patients
