What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional 4-handed dentistry across general, cosmetic, and oral surgery procedures
• Set up and break down surgical trays, maintain sterile fields, and anticipate doctor needs during procedures
• Ensure operatories are fully prepped and optimized for both routine and surgical procedures
• Maintain strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance for sterilization and infection control
• Support seamless clinical flow and minimize downtime between patients
• Act as the go-to clinical leader for Dental Assistants
• Mentor new assistants
• Set the standard for performance, accountability, and patient care
• Partner with the Practice Manager and Doctor to address workflow
• Own the back-office patient experience ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for
• Support patient education, post-op instructions, and treatment understanding
• Jump in wherever needed to maintain a smooth, elevated experience
• Oversee clinical supply ordering, inventory management, and organization
• Ensure accurate charting, imaging, and documentation in CareStack (or similar PMS)
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, systems, and team workflows
• Help drive consistency across clinical protocols and standards

Who We’re Looking For:

• A confident, experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) ready to step into leadership
• Proven ability to lead, train, and support a team in a fast-paced setting
• Current X-ray certification
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital workflows and dental software
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
