What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional 4-handed dentistry across general, cosmetic, and oral surgery procedures
- Set up and break down surgical trays, maintain sterile fields, and anticipate doctor needs during procedures
- Ensure operatories are fully prepped and optimized for both routine and surgical procedures
- Maintain strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance for sterilization and infection control
- Support seamless clinical flow and minimize downtime between patients
- Act as the go-to clinical leader for Dental Assistants
- Mentor new assistants
- Set the standard for performance, accountability, and patient care
- Partner with the Practice Manager and Doctor to address workflow
- Own the back-office patient experience ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Support patient education, post-op instructions, and treatment understanding
- Jump in wherever needed to maintain a smooth, elevated experience
- Oversee clinical supply ordering, inventory management, and organization
- Ensure accurate charting, imaging, and documentation in CareStack (or similar PMS)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, systems, and team workflows
- Help drive consistency across clinical protocols and standards
Who We’re Looking For:
- A confident, experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) ready to step into leadership
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support a team in a fast-paced setting
- Current X-ray certification
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital workflows and dental software
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
