Lead Design - Civil & Structural

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Design – Civil to drive safe, optimized, and cost‑effective engineering solutions for proposals and EPC retrofit projects. This role ensures the delivery of complete, error‑free basic and detailed engineering in line with client requirements and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of ERD, DCR, schedules, workflows , and ensure timely issuance of engineering deliverables.
• Develop and review engineering specifications, design standards, calculations, and drawings .
• Plan discipline resources and ensure availability of manpower, tools, and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines to ensure integrated, accurate information flow.
• Prepare and validate MTOs/BOQs , conduct technical evaluations, and support cost‑effective procurement.
• Identify design issues, drive corrective actions, and support training and development of engineers.
• Manage project budgets, invoices, change orders , and ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Drive value engineering and optimize designs for quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, international standards, and project specifications.

Skills & Experience

• Graduate Engineer with 7+ years’ experience , preferably 5–7 years in Oil & Gas.
• Strong background in project engineering, design workflows, drafting, and BOQ preparation .
• Proficient in MS Office , engineering processes, and HSE standards.
• Experience managing documentation, manpower planning, and inter‑discipline coordination.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
