HOW YOU'LL FIT:
As a Graphic Designer at Carvertise, you’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life across digital, print, vehicle wraps, presentations, and marketing campaigns. You’ll combine strong design skills with curiosity and experimentation, especially around AI tools, to create impactful visuals that strengthen our brand and support our sales and marketing teams.

The right candidate is not only skilled in traditional design but also excited to push boundaries by using AI to speed up workflows, generate ideas, and expand creative possibilities. You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of projects that directly influence Carvertise’s growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design Execution: Create high-quality visual assets including digital graphics, vehicle wrap designs, sales presentations, email templates, and print materials that align with Carvertise’s brand and campaign goals.
  • AI-Enhanced Creativity: Use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT for ideation) to generate concepts, streamline production, and explore innovative approaches to design.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative work reflects Carvertise’s identity, voice, and values across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to deliver visuals that support campaigns, client needs, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Concept Development: Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling, creative visuals that resonate with audiences.
  • Growth & Development: Take initiative in learning new tools, design trends, and best practices, with an eye toward advancing into more senior creative leadership roles.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATION:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, Marketing or related degree preferred
  • Experience: 2–5 years of design experience (Senior Graphic Designer level at 4–6 years). Agency or fast-paced marketing environment experience preferred.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print, with examples of innovative or AI-assisted projects a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion graphics, web design, or AI design tools is a strong plus.
  • AI Curiosity: Demonstrated experience using AI tools in design—or a clear passion and curiosity to learn and adopt them.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to bring fresh ideas to the table while executing them with attention to detail and brand alignment.
  • Communication: Strong visual and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas and take feedback constructively.
