Sr. Static Design Engineer

Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Oil and Gas, Refinery and Petro-chemical

Experience: Min. 10 years

Qualification Requirement:

Engineer shall have Design Engineering experience of equipment including:

·Pressure Vessels

·Process columns (tall standalone tower)

·Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers (ASME & TEMA Code). Type of exchangers – AES, AEU, BEU, BKU, CES etc.

·Reactors (familiar with UOP standard)

·Storage Tanks

Also, shall have relevant experience in

• Preparation & review of Equipment specifications in line with latest international design codes
• Preparation & review of datasheets and other Mechanical Design documents
• Lifting & transportation analysis
• FEA analysis
• Preparation and estimation of equipment loads and foundation load data
• Also, Familiar with materials like chrome molybdenum, nickel, Cladded etc.
• Proficient in static equipment design software like Compress, Nozzle pro, Ansys
• Able to lead the design engineers & drafting team

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
