What you’ll do?

Come up with creative design ideas for different assets including print and digital collateral, social media graphics, and marketing materials.

Turn abstract ideas into pictures using various design tools, like Adobe Creative Suite and more.

Keep the rules for how things should look consistent, so the company's style stays the same.

Create designs that are strategic and easy to understand.

Work together with different teams like marketing, sales, and product development to create design ideas that match the company's goals and style.

Research and keep up with the latest design trends and the best ways to design things

Handle many projects at the same time and make sure they're finished on schedule.
What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or related fields

Strong preference for startup experience.

Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc..

Strong conceptual and creative skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Animation skills in After Effects and or Adobe Premier are a plus.
