Job Overview:

The Lead Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential property buyers and investors. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with the sales team to drive business growth for Zameen.com’s Lahore (Gulberg II) office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Qualify leads based on investment potential and buying intent
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and track conversions
  • Support sales closers with relevant client data and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly lead generation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Client-oriented mindset with ability to build trust
