Lead Dispatcher

We're a leading home improvement, energy efficiency, and roofing company serving the Los Angeles and Bay Area regions. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatch Lead to join our team!

Job Description:

- Rehash leads and manage telemarketing appointments

- Coordinate with sales team and potential clients

- Manage Yelp and Google customer service

- Confirm, book, and send appointments to sales reps

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience as a dispatcher in the construction field

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Telemarketing experience a plus!

- Energetic, fast, and quick learner

Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday, 8 am - 6 pm

- Pay: $5k-10k (dependent on experience)
