Lead Dynamics 365 CRM

We are seeking an experienced Lead Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to implement scalable, high-quality, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and technical delivery across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Dataverse configurations.
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, web resources, and PCF controls.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Oversee DevOps processes, solution lifecycle management, ALM practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform development.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, and Azure integrations.
• Proven experience with solution architecture, ALM, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600 are preferred.
