What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer-Automation & Maintenance who will join our team at Tumble Dryer Machine Product Directorate .

• Managing and leading automation & electrical maintenance teams activities,
• Prepare a maintenance operation plan in advance for planned breakdowns.
• Sparing parts management, determining the needs, monitoring and supplying,
• Defining predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective maintenance activities according to the company objectives,
• Planning beside maintenance, in case of a major break down, prioritizing and managing, resources, labor and parts and solving the problem with minimum production loss,
• Energy management and saving projects,
• Carrying out joint projects with the Energy Directorate ,
• Following up energy datas and report regularly ,
• Fulfilling the requirements of the ISO50001 standard and leading audits,
• Consolidating and planning the maintenance activities for factory shut-down (revision) periods,
• Especiallay working with Production Engineering and Digital Production Systems Deptartments for the investment projects, contributing to various improvement projects and supply technical support at new investments.
• Organizing the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp-up of new workstations or production lines.
• Performing and leading TPM activities to improve the overall equipment efficiency,
• Optimizing MTTR and MTBF times.
  
  
  

The position is located in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
• At least 8 years experience in Automation & Maintenance,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented.
• Knowledge of PLC programs, experience in installation and troubleshooting of machinery is a must.
• Knowledge of TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, Simotion,Win CC, AC drives systems is a must
• Electrical schematic project reading is a must
• Basic sensor technologies knowledge is a must
• Safety systems commissioning
• Servo & Motion Control System knowledge is a plus
• Basic knowledge on Hydraulic & Pneumatic System is a plus
• Certified Energy Manager is a plus (Otherwise, the company will complete the certification process for the person who will fill the position.)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
