Find The RightJob.

We know most job descriptions sound the same. So we're going to skip the fluff and just tell you what this actually is and let you decide if it excites you as much as it excites us.

GlowCo Wellness + Aesthetics is a boutique medical practice in Gilbert, AZ founded by Jillian Fulton, FNP-BC. Jillian is a nurse practitioner who built GlowCo because she was tired of the kind of care that rushes people through 15-minute appointments and tells them their labs are "normal" when they clearly don't feel fine. She specializes in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, peptides, IV therapy, and neurotoxins, and she's built a fiercely loyal group of clients who trust her completely.

Now she's building out a dedicated treatment room, and she needs the right esthetician to run it.

This is your room.

Not "a" room. Your room.

You'd be the esthetician at GlowCo. There's no senior esty above you, no one telling you how to run your facial or which products to use. Jillian is down the hall doing what she does, and she trusts you to own everything that happens in the treatment room. You bring the expertise. You build the experience. You grow the book.

Jillian is easy to work with, genuinely collaborative, and wants your input. If you have an idea for a new service, a treatment you've been wanting to add, or something you think could be better, she actually wants to hear it. This is the kind of place where your professional opinion matters and you won't have to fight to be heard.

We also have a professional marketing agency managing GlowCo's growth, so you're not starting from zero and hoping people find you. There's infrastructure, support, and an existing clientele to grow from.

Here's the part that's actually different.

Most estheticians work in a vacuum. You see a client with stubborn hormonal acne or accelerating skin aging and you do everything you can, but you can't order a hormone panel. You can't dig into what's driving it beneath the surface. You're limited to the skin in front of you.

At GlowCo, that wall doesn't exist.

Jillian is right there. That means you can work together on cases where hormones, weight, or metabolic health are clearly playing a role in what's happening on the skin. It's a level of collaboration (and a level of results) we’re excited for the right esthetician to be part of.

There's also a built-in client base that very few treatment rooms have access to: patients who are actively losing weight, rebalancing hormones, and transforming how they feel in their bodies. As weight comes off, skin laxity, volume loss, and accelerated aging often follow. And Jillian already has clients coming in regularly for Botox and Microneedling who have never been introduced to the treatment room. These clients are already at GlowCo, already trust the practice, and many of them are going to need exactly what you do… they just haven't been introduced to it yet. That's the opportunity.

What you'd be building

Two programs are at the core of the treatment room. Both are designed around GlowCo's unique position as a medical practice, and what sets GlowCo apart from traditional spas.

Skin Support During Weight Loss

When patients lose significant weight, the skin often doesn't keep up. Laxity, crepey texture, volume loss, dullness – it happens, and it can be discouraging for someone who's worked hard to get where they are. GlowCo is perfectly positioned to get ahead of that conversation.

You'd build a program centered on skin tightening and collagen support — structured packages that align with a client's weight loss journey, with consults offered right at their regular check-in appointments. The referral pipeline is already there. You're just bringing the expertise to meet it.

Acne Program with a Medical Edge

A structured acne-clearing program (Face Reality or a comparable protocol) is already a strong offering on its own. Repeat visits, retail, real results. But at GlowCo, you'd be working alongside a provider who can actually test and treat the hormonal side of acne. That's a combination most acne clients have never had access to, and it's a genuinely powerful thing to be able to offer.

Day to day, you'd be:

  • Running the treatment room independently – facials, chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, acne treatments, and skin tightening/corrective work
  • Help develop and refine treatment protocols within the clinic
  • Doing thorough consultations and building real treatment plans, not just booking whatever's popular
  • Recommending retail that actually fits what your clients need
  • Connecting with GlowCo's existing wellness clients and introducing them to what you offer
  • Assist in growing the aesthetics side of the business by building a loyal client base
  • Staying on top of what's new in the industry and bringing ideas to Jillian when you see an opportunity
  • Working with the marketing team on content, promotions, and campaigns to keep your schedule growing
  • Keeping your space clean, stocked, and running the way you'd want it

Who we're looking for

We're not hung up on years of experience. We care about the kind of esthetician you are – technically skilled, client-focused, and someone who takes real pride in their work. The title and comp are flexible for the right person.

That said, there are a few things that are important for this specific role:

You need to have:

  • An active Arizona Esthetician License
  • Real hands-on experience with SkinPen or another microneedling device
  • Confidence in performing advanced treatments, such as chemical peels
  • A background in a medical or clinical spa environment (you know what working alongside providers feels like)
  • Experience with a structured acne program — Face Reality certified is great, but we're open to equivalent training
  • A track record of driving your own bookings, not just waiting for them to come in

You'd be a great fit if:

  • You're the kind of person who notices something that could be better and says something — not because you were asked, but because you care
  • You're comfortable being in your room on your own and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
  • You get genuinely excited about what's coming next in skin — new modalities, new protocols, evolving research
  • You understand (or want to learn) how hormones and metabolic health show up in the skin
  • You've worked with packages or memberships and know how to have that conversation naturally
  • You like the idea of being part of building something, not just filling a slot in someone else's system
  • You're open to expanding your scope — we'd love to find someone interested in getting their Aesthetic Medical Assistant Certification. It's not a requirement, but it's a real opportunity to grow in a unique way.

Compensation

We're having an honest conversation about structure and want to find something that works for both sides. Commission-based is our starting preference, but we're genuinely open to base plus commission, hourly plus commission, or some sort of hybrid – whatever reflects your experience and makes sense for where we are right now.

What we can tell you: as the treatment room grows, the earning potential grows with it. We're not trying to squeeze a great esthetician into a bad deal.

The basics

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Schedule: Flexible - let’s talk

A little more on that: the practice runs Monday through Friday, but those hours were built around wellness appointments, not facials. We're open to structuring this however it makes sense for the right person. What we do know is that Saturdays are a must while we're building the books. Outside of that, the schedule is genuinely flexible — we'd rather work around what makes sense than force a M-F structure that wasn't really designed for a treatment room anyway.

Products & treatments

GlowCo currently carries PCA Skin and is evaluating additional professional lines including Hydrinity, SkinBetter Science, and Face Reality. We value input from experienced estheticians and welcome thoughtful recommendations when expanding treatment options and product offerings.

While GlowCo is a medical practice, we do not plan to introduce laser treatments in the near future. Our goal is to build a strong treatment room centered around advanced esthetic modalities that deliver visible results without relying on laser devices.

Sound like you?

We'd love to hear from you. Send over:

  • Your resume or a quick background summary
  • A few sentences on your experience with microneedling, peels, and acne protocols
  • Before/afters or anything you're proud of from your treatment room (totally optional, but always appreciated)

We're a small team and we move quickly. If it feels like a fit, we'll reach out fast.
