Service Excellence

Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.

Achieve personal and store service, sales, and membership goals.

Demonstrate and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products and partner product lines.

Perform 40–50 minute services, including:

Facials
-
Extractions
-
Dermaplaning
-
HydraFacials
-
Procell
-
Lash lift & tint
-
Brow waxing & tinting
-
Tweezing
-
Scalp massage
-
Recommend enhancements and additional services when appropriate.
-
Analyze and treat acne clients following Face Reality Acne Protocol, and sell corresponding products and packages.

Use Boulevard POS for booking, notes, rebooking, and client records.
-
Follow all state-board sanitation, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Operational Responsibilities
-
Partner with the team to uphold a warm, welcoming, high-service environment.
-
Communicate supply needs to the Esthetician Manager; help maintain inventory stock levels.
-
Support daily operations (towels, sheets, cleaning, tidying, setup/breakdown).
-
Ensure all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards and protocols are consistently followed.
-
Adhere to all timekeeping policies and attend required trainings and meetings.
Marketing & Brand Support
-
Support in-store promotions, branded content, and guest engagement.
-
Create social media content during shifts when appropriate.
-
Participate in community events and off-site pop-ups to connect with new clients.
-
Participate in photo and video shoots for marketing and social media.
Leadership & Operations Support
-
Greet guests promptly, warmly, and professionally.
-
Assist the Manager with scheduling needs, including managing schedule adjustments and assigning break times.

Support inventory management, including counts, ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
-
Contribute to overall store sales goals and support team performance.
-
Report directly to the Store Manager and serve as a support partner during day-to-day operations.
Training & Team Development
-
Assist in training estheticians on service protocols, retail product knowledge, selling techniques, and compliance.

Train new hires and support ongoing education for current estheticians as protocols or products change.
-
Help hold the team accountable to performance benchmarks such as:

Service sales

Product sales
-
Membership conversion
-
Rebooking rates
-
Ensure all service standards, protocols, cultural values, and guest experience expectations are consistently upheld.
Experience We’re Looking For
-
Active California Esthetician License
-
Experience in: facials, extractions, dermaplaning, HydraFacials, Procell, chemical peels, brow waxing/tinting, lash lift + tint
-
Proficiency with esthetic equipment and professional skincare tools
-
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to also work independently
-
Strong client relationship-building and retention skills
-
Prior leadership or training experience is a plus

Requirements
-
1–2 years of spa/salon experience
-
1–2 years of leadership or customer service experience in beauty, spa, salon, or retail

Availability to work evenings and weekends

Passion for skincare, beauty, and results-driven services
