Lead Esthetician

Seeking experienced licensed Esthetician to be apart of our BEAUTY TEAM! Working closely with the doctor with procedures, perform administrative tasks & provide esthetic services including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplane & lash lifting/tinting. Exceptional customer service skills & meticulous attention to detail are imperative. Must be coachable & willing to take direction, use of VAGARO software a plus. Hourly wage plus commission and tips start on day ONE! Long term opportunity to earn bonus! Approximately 35 hours a week may vary with openings and holidays. Only licensed estheticians need apply. Medical background a plus. Lash Lifting certification a plus. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK UNTIL 6 P.M.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, and medical spa treatments.
• Utilize esthetic laser treatment techniques to address clients' skincare needs.
• Maintain accurate client records using salon software.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients, assessing their skincare needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
• Self starter, with the ability to self time manage.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license or cosmetology license in the state of practice.
• Experience with permanent makeup is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using salon software such as VAGARO
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of body waxing, eyelash tinting and lifting, and various skincare treatments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
• A passion for skincare and beauty with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
