Location: Al Quoz

Job Overview:
A Lead Façade Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating building façades—aluminum, glass, curtain walls, or cladding systems. This role bridges the gap between architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that façade designs are technically feasible, compliant, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the façade design team on high-rise and large-scale projects.
• Develop detailed façade drawings, 3D models, and BIM coordination.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure design compliance with Dubai building codes, safety standards, and LEED/BREEAM requirements.
• Select materials, finishes, and aluminum/glass systems suitable for the project.
• Prepare shop drawings and technical documentation for fabrication and installation.
• Review mock-ups and prototypes before mass production.
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance on façade solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or façade engineering.
• 5–10+ years of experience in aluminum & façade design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and BIM tools.
• Knowledge of curtain wall, unitized systems, and cladding materials.
• Excellent understanding of structural, thermal, and acoustic façade performance.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
