Lead Finance (CA Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Finance professional to join our finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Manage statutory compliances, audits, and tax filings
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements as per applicable standards
• Work closely with internal teams and external auditors
• Support process improvements and financial controls

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – compulsory
• Minimum 5+ years of total experience
• At least 2 years of post-qualification CA experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial reporting and MIS
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Hands-on with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
