Lead Floral Designer

French Florist, a flower shop in Westlake Village, is seeking a creative and passionate Lead Designer to join our team. As a Lead Designer at French Florist, you will have the opportunity to work with the most beautiful flowers from all around the world and create breathtaking arrangements that will leave a lasting impression on our customers.

A qualified candidate will have previous experience in floral design and a deep understanding of various floral arrangements and design techniques. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for flower design, and people management. Our team is small at the Westlake Store, but growing and your job will be to ensure a positive experience for all our team members.

Responsibilities will include designing and creating stunning floral arrangements as well as helping customers with their individual flower needs. You will also be responsible for scheduling, hiring & training of designers, customer service, and drivers as more join our team over time. Your team will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date.
