Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lead Fours Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
- Create an engaging classroom environment that supports toddler care, preschool activities, and early intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Manage daily classroom routines with effective behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social skills among students.
- Collaborate with families to communicate student progress, address concerns, and support ongoing development through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences.
- Utilize assessment tools such as standardized testing and formative evaluations to monitor student growth and inform instruction.
- Incorporate Montessori methods or other pedagogical approaches to enhance child-centered learning experiences.
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student assessments, and behavioral observations in compliance with childcare regulations and educational standards.
Experience
- Proven classroom management experience working with children aged three to five years old in preschool or daycare settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and child welfare practices.
- Prior experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and families.
