Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns & Strategies

Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals. Set measurable objectives, such as increasing followers, engagement, and lead generation.

Lead Generation: META, Google Ads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns etc

Content Promotion: Promote website landing pages, company updates, and other content. Leverage paid social media advertising to amplify

Lead agent recruitment campaigns: highlighting the benefits of joining us.

Lead agent recruitment campaigns: highlighting the benefits of joining us.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM:

Manage email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign.

Set up and optimize WhatsApp Business API and chatbot automation for customer engagement.

Integrate and manage CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) for lead nurturing and segmentation.

  • Analytics & Reporting

Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and interpret website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps.

Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis

Industry Trends: Stay updated on social media and digital marketing trends. Explore new platforms, tools, or strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitors' social media activities to identify best practices and differentiation opportunities.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Collaborate with design, development, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist & Marketing Executive, in the UAE real estate sector.
  • Track record of managing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead nurturing, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling content.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
