About Us:
Barmada Real Estate LLC is a leading Dubai-based brokerage specializing in off-plan and ready properties from top developers such as Emaar and DAMAC. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, calls, and social media.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
  • Coordinate with sales agents to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
  • Conduct research to identify new potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Create and manage online ad campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports on lead performance and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or real estate is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
