We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation & Data Scraping Specialist who knows how to consistently source high-quality, targeted leads from LinkedIn and other online platforms. This role is critical to our growth , you’ll be responsible for building clean, accurate, and conversion-ready lead lists for sales and outreach campaigns.
This is not a basic scraping role. We’re looking for someone who understands targeting, buyer personas, and data hygiene.
What You’ll Do
- Source targeted leads from LinkedIn, business directories, company websites, and niche platforms
- Extract accurate contact data including:
- Name
- Job title
- Company
- Industry
- Phone numbers and Direct contact Information
- Location
- Email (where applicable)
- LinkedIn profile URLs
- Use advanced LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, and external tools to identify decision-makers
- Validate and clean lead data to ensure high deliverability and accuracy
- Organize leads into structured formats (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM-ready CSVs)
- Continuously improve lead quality based on feedback from sales/outreach performance
- Follow platform rules and best practices to avoid account restrictions
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation & scraping
- Strong understanding of B2B targeting (founders, executives, managers, decision-makers)
- Experience using tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Snov.io, Hunter (or similar)
- Phantombuster, TexAu, Waalaxy, or custom scraping workflows
- Ability to build ICP-specific lead lists (not generic data dumps)
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong English communication skills
