Lead Generation Associate

We are looking to hire two Junior Lead Generation Executives with 6 months to 1 year of experience who can support the sales team by identifying potential prospects, building lead databases, and conducting outreach through LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct lead research and build accurate prospect databases.
• Identify and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn and other lead-generation tools.
• Perform LinkedIn outreach and initiate communication with prospects.
• Support the sales team with lead generation activities and pipeline development.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or tracking sheets.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
• Basic understanding of lead research and data building.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team.
