NextGen Capital Solution / Zenith Business Solution is looking for a motivated and performance-driven Sales Associate – Lead Generation to join our expanding team. In this role, you will identify potential clients, initiate engaging conversations, and generate high-quality leads that contribute directly to the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads
• Present company services confidently and professionally
• Gather and verify accurate customer information
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the closing team
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
• Follow company scripts and sales processes while keeping conversations natural and engaging
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, call quality, and compliance

Requirements

• Strong spoken and listening skills in English
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office, email)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Prior experience in sales or call centers is an advantage, but not required

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
