Lead Generation Associate – Sponsorships (Events)

About the Role:
We are organizing multiple events and are looking for a motivated individual who can help us connect with potential sponsors and partners through online platforms. This is a results-driven role focused on outreach, networking, and converting leads into sponsorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential sponsors (brands, companies, institutions) relevant to our events
  • Conduct daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
  • Initiate conversations and pitch collaboration/sponsorship opportunities
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions
  • Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and event details
  • Track outreach, responses, and conversions

Daily/Weekly Expectations:

  • Minimum 10–15 outreach messages per day
  • Consistent follow-ups with interested leads
  • Weekly reporting on leads generated and responses

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in online outreach and networking
  • Basic understanding of events, marketing, or sponsorships (preferred)
  • Self-driven, consistent, and target-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and handle rejection

Compensation:

  • Performance-based commission: Percentage on every successful sponsor secured
