Job Summary

We are hiring a *Telesales Representative to generate B2B leads in the UK & US through high-volume cold calling. The role involves introducing our digital services, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct 200+ outbound cold calls daily to UK-based B2B prospects.

* Present digital marketing and IT solutions to decision-makers.

* Qualify leads and book appointments for senior sales executives.

* Maintain accurate records in CRM.

* Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Stay informed on service offerings and market trends.

Qualification

* Minimum Matric or O-Level education.

* Proven experience in international cold calling preferably for UK & US region.

* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

* Persuasive with a goal-oriented mindset.

* Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity.

Shift Timings:

* For UK Campaign: 2pm-11pm (Mon-Fri)

* For US Campaign: 7pm-4am (Mon-Fri)
