Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Generation Consultant to join our remote team, targeting the U.S. market. This role is crucial for driving top-of-funnel growth and connecting with key decision-makers in the financial and investment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the U.S. to grow our customer base
  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and campaigns
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and booked demos
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach activity and progress
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead conversion strategies
  • Analyze campaign and outreach performance for continuous improvement
  • Attend virtual events and assist with client/prospect engagement
  • Use LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Lusha for lead research and targeting
  • Manage and optimize cold email campaigns and calling workflows
  • Support broader B2B SaaS lead generation initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B lead generation experience targeting the U.S. market (mandatory)
  • Proven experience with cold calling in a U.S. sales environment
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Background in SaaS, financial services, or consulting is preferred
