The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential student leads interested in overseas education. The role requires strong communication, digital research, and CRM skills to support the sales and counselling teams in achieving student enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through online platforms, campaigns, and digital research.
  • Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) accurately.
  • Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and counselling teams to align lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct outreach to schools, colleges, and potential partners for lead development.
  • Analyze performance metrics and submit regular lead reports.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and education fairs when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or student counselling (preferred in the education sector).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams.
