About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive with at least 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, maintaining CRM records, and optimizing ad campaigns .

Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified new leads through various channels.
Manage and update the CRM database.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of lead generation (real estate preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Must be currently based in Dubai.
