Lead Generation Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to support our business development and sales efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and has a knack for identifying and engaging potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calls
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Maintain and update leads database/CRM
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies
  • Research new markets and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, tele sales, or business development (UAE experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately
