Lead Generation Executive – Night Shift (On-Site)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 3, Karachi
Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About Us:
Catchworld International is a growing BPO and digital sales company specializing in lead generation, design sales, and international client services. We are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals to join our Sales Department as Lead Generation Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to international clients to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
• Identify potential clients through online research and cold outreach.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
