Lead Generation Executive

Luqon IT Solutions is looking for confident, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join our team for B2B and B2C sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential business and residential customers
  • Effectively introduce and promote company services
  • Identify customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign goals and overall business targets

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in call centre operations or outbound sales (international campaign experience preferred)
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional accent
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and a reliable team player
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM system

Office Location: Ground floor, Plaza no. 74, Main Civic Centre, Bahria Town, Phase 4, Rawalpindi.

Job Timings: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am
