We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and digital channels, as well as managing and improving the company’s online presence through LinkedIn , and paid advertising campaigns.

This is a strategic role that involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to grow revenue, improve brand visibility, and increase qualified inbound and outbound leads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and online platforms for Web and Mobile applications.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvement strategies

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in business development through digital marketing and other direct sales strategies.
  • Proven experience generating B2B leads through LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
