Location: In-house (9 AM – 5 PM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Burney Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Expert to join our dynamic in-house team. If you have a strong background in real estate and a proven track record of generating qualified leads, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies specifically tailored for the real estate market.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients using a mix of digital and offline methods.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on lead performance.
  • Continuously improve lead generation processes based on data insights and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in lead generation within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and brokerage operations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, lead funnels, and real estate marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
