You turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team. You will manage each lead end-to-end until it is either won or closed.Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in lead generation through Upwork using company profiles
- Excellent written and verbal communication; personalization-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Own leads end-to-end: from initial research, outreach, qualification, scheduling meetings, post-meeting follow-ups, to coordinating with technical teams until the lead is won or closed
- Research and identify high-potential leads through structured research
- Execute daily outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, Upwork, and email.Personalize and send 5+ Upwork proposals daily (no templates)
- Qualify leads thoroughly before booking meetings (ICP fit, budget, authority, interest)
- Coordinate schedules and send meeting briefs to meeting owners
- Respond to prospect inquiries within 1 business hour
- Follow up with prospects within 24 hours post-meeting
- Send estimates, proposals, and additional information as needed
- Track and maintain momentum with warm leads
- Log all activities in ClickUp/CRM daily and maintain accurate pipeline data
Results / KPIs
- Minimum 2 qualified meetings booked per week
- 70%+ meeting show-up rate
- 5+ Upwork proposals daily with 20%+ response rate
- 80%+ proposals rated as “Personalised".
- 80%+ of booked meetings rated “qualified” by sales team
- 100% CRM accuracy within 24 hours
- Post-meeting follow-ups completed within 24 hours
- Response to prospect inquiries within 4 hours
- Minimum 1 project closed each month
