Job Descriptions

1. Lead Generation & Growth Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through multi-platform strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, SEO, Email).

Google Reviews focus → improve rating, manage responses, and convert reviews into leads.

Grow followers, subscribers, and engagement.

Create and manage outreach campaigns, influencer partnerships, and referral programs.

Track KPIs: Cost per Lead (CPL), Conversion Ratio, CTR, Google Reviews growth.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in growth marketing, ads, and SEO.

Hands-on experience with Google Review management.

Strong analytical skills (A/B testing, funnel optimization).

Knowledge of technical/service-based products (solar, BPO, finance) is a plus.

Exceptional observation skills (spots trends and hooks before others).

Strong in storytelling + emotional branding.

Experience in content design tools (Canva, Figma, AI tools).

Bonus: Exposure to SaaS, renewable energy, or financial products.

Mandatory Requirement:

Must provide proof of past performance: screenshots, dashboards, case studies, or references showing lead generation, follower growth, and review management results.

2. Creative Content & Branding Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

Study audience behavior & psychology and craft content that resonates.

Integrate the company’s journey, milestones, and values into storytelling.

Create engaging content ideas & presentation (blogs, reels, podcasts, scripts, decks).

Ensure branding consistency (colors, fonts, tone, templates).

Simplify and present technical products (solar, BPO, financial) in relatable formats.

Focus on HOW to say/present → words, visuals, tone, and timing.

Mandatory Requirement:

· Must provide proof of past content & branding work: portfolio of posts, articles, reels, or campaigns showing both creativity and branding impact.
