Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who has strong expertise in email outreach and lead generation tools like Mailchimp, Instantly, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Create, manage, and optimize email outreach campaigns using Mailchimp/Instantly.
• Research target markets and build prospect lists with verified data.
• Segment and personalize email campaigns to improve open and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate lead data and reporting in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and pipeline growth.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation KPIs.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation and email outreach.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Instantly, or other cold email tools.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and outreach strategies.
• Experience in LinkedIn prospecting and lead qualification.
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
