Lead Generation Specialist

Alhad Real Estate Broker LLC is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to run digital marketing campaigns and generate qualified leads for both off-plan and secondary properties. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Dubai’s real estate market who is ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead generation campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, SEO, and landing pages
• Deliver qualified leads to the sales team
• Support large off-plan property campaigns with top developers
• Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and increase ROI
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with developer and RERA guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate lead generation or digital marketing in Dubai
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads
• Knowledge of off-plan and secondary property marketing and buyer funnels
• Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
