Location: Kazani Heights, Soan Garden, Islamabad (On-site)

AIM Digital Technologies delivers global digital solutions in IT and marketing. We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients, fueling our sales pipeline through smart prospecting and data-driven outreach.

Responsibilities

* Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other databases.

* Build and maintain accurate lead lists and databases.

* Run outbound email/LinkedIn campaigns to engage prospects.

* Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for follow-up.

* Track, measure, and report lead generation results weekly.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support.

* Strong research and communication skills.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRMs.

* Detail-oriented, persistent, and highly organized.

* Ability to meet lead generation targets consistently.
