Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various digital channels to support our sales team. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of the business by helping generate a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and cold calling.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on target customer profiles.
• Research companies, contacts, and market trends to create lead lists.
• Manage and maintain leads in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates).
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar for prospecting.
• Assist in running lead generation campaigns and A/B tests to optimize outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6month and maximum 1year of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with outbound outreach and prospecting techniques e-commerce and software agencies
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using lead generation and marketing automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or digital marketing and Software industries.
• Knowledge of lead scoring models and sales funnels.
• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
