Job Description

As a Lead generation Specialist, you will be responsible for building a fully automated lead generation system for all HRMDSP services, integrated into GoHighLevel (GHL). This project-based role will involve scraping and enriching leads from Indeed, uploading and tagging them in GHL by service type, and automating monthly updates. The project will be considered complete once the system is built and working properly.

Essential Functions for the position

• Design and implement a fully automated lead generation system for all HRMDSP services.
• Integrate the lead generation system with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Develop and execute strategies for scraping and enriching leads from Indeed.
• Upload and tag leads in GHL, categorizing them by service type.
• Automate monthly updates to the lead database within GHL.

Competencies

• Strong writing skills in English
• Proven experience in cold calling
• Expertise in research methodologies and database maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Exceptional project and time management capabilities.
• Ensure the efficient and proper functioning of the entire lead generation system.
• Experience with tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, GHL and atomation workflows
• Other duties as assigned.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead generation , digital marketing, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
