Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our business. The role involves generating high-quality B2B leads and supporting the sales team in building a strong client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2B leads for software development, AI, or data-focused tech firms.
  • Identify and qualify key decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, CMOs, or Data Heads.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or Crunchbase for prospecting.
  • Create and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation for technology or software-related firms.
  • Strong research and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with lead generation and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
