We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist who can manage data scraping, clean data lists, execute targeted outreach campaigns, and generate high-quality leads for our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and engage new leads by targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

* Understand client needs and build a consistent, qualified sales pipeline

* Set 1–3 qualified discovery meetings daily for the sales team

* Execute data scraping, data scrubbing & lead list building

* Run targeted email marketing campaigns

* Manage cold outreach & sequencing tools

* Use multiple prospecting techniques:

– Email campaigns

– Social media outreach (LinkedIn)

* Conduct research to identify key decision-makers:

CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, CISOs

* Use CRM tools to manage leads and track progress

* Maintain an accurate and updated lead & ICP database

* Achieve or exceed monthly lead & appointment targets

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, IT, or a related field)

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation & email marketing

Salary:

Competitive — based on experience
