Job Details
We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in email marketing
and CRM-based outreach. The candidate should be able to manage the full workflow—from
identifying prospects to launching and monitoring email campaigns.
Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists based on industry, role, and location
  • Set up and run cold email campaigns, sequences, and follow-up flows
  • Manage deliverability, warm-up tools, and sender reputation
  • Monitor campaign metrics such as opens, replies, bounces, and conversions
  • Optimize subject lines, messaging, and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate lead data inside CRMs and keep pipelines updated
  • Coordinate with sales teams to hand over qualified leads
  • Report weekly performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Required Skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or email marketing
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Brevo, Apollo, SendGrid, and Instantly
  • Strong understanding of CRMs like HubSpot and Zoho
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
  • Ability to manage end-to-end email outreach workflows
  • Strong research abilities, attention to detail, and organization
  • Good written communication for email-based outreach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
