Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Mehmood Booti, Lahore (Candidate must be able to commute easily to this area).

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Lead Generation Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn to bring in high-quality leads.

The ideal candidate is a "hybrid" talent—someone who understands the technical side of ad algorithms but can also design eye-catching visuals and write persuasive copy. Previous experience in a Call Center or BPO environment is a major advantage, as you will understand the mindset of the leads we are trying to capture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Channel Campaign Management

  • Meta Ads: Create and manage Lead Forms and conversion campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Google Ads: Run Search and Display campaigns, focusing on high-intent keywords to drive traffic.
  • LinkedIn Ads: Target B2B decision-makers using sponsored content and InMail strategies.
  • Monitor daily spend and adjust bids to maintain a healthy Cost Per Lead (CPL).

2. Creative & Content Design

  • Use Canva and other video/photo editing tools to create ad banners, short reels, and video ads.
  • Write compelling "hooks" and ad copy that stop the scroll and encourage clicks.
  • Continuously A/B test different creatives to see which visuals perform best.

3. Lead Management & Optimization

  • Analyze lead quality and collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting.
  • Set up tracking (Pixels, GTM) to ensure we know exactly where every lead is coming from.
  • Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing or lead generation.
  • Ad Platforms: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Creative Tools: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or basic Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Premiere) is mandatory.
  • The "Plus" Factor: Experience in a call center (Sales/Outbound) will be highly valued, as it shows you know how to talk to a customer and what makes them buy.
  • Language: Strong command of English and Urdu (written and verbal).
